General Information
The Professional Educators Group, Inc. (PEG) proudly invites you to attend and participate in our 2013 15th Annual Visionary Tennis Association Tennis Classic.
This year’s charitable event will support the Corner Health Center, a center that helps young people, ages 12–21, make healthy choices now and in the future by providing high-quality health care, education and support for adolescents and their children without regard to income level.
The Corner Health Center offers a full range of health care, mental health and supportive services for young people as they transition to adulthood. Their staff includes physicians, nurses, psychiatrists, social workers, nutritionists and health educators that are well versed in the unique issues that young people experience.
Moreover, the Corner Health Center’s goals for young people are to:
• Increase their access to health care,
• Reduce risk-taking,
• Understand the long-range implications of their health behaviors, and
• Encourage and develop participation in and responsibility for their own health and well-being.
We hope you will join us along with many other tennis enthusiasts from various cities throughout the Midwest region to help us raise both money and attention to this cause! Donations are greatly appreciated from the players, family and friends.
